SEO Now provides keyword research and competitor analysis services as detailed on our Service pages. The scope of services, including the number of keywords and competitors analyzed, is determined by the specific package purchased by you (the "Client"). All services will be delivered electronically within the timeframe specified in the package details.

2. Payments

All services must be paid for in full before any work begins. We use third-party services for payment processing and do not store or collect your payment card details. By providing payment information, you represent and warrant that the information is true and that you are authorized to use the payment instrument.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SEO Now and its licensors. The final keyword report delivered to you is for your use, but we retain the right to use the general knowledge and skills acquired during the project. You may not resell or redistribute our reports without our express written permission.

4. Disclaimer of Guarantees

Our services are designed to improve your website's SEO foundation. However, SEO Now does not guarantee any specific search engine rankings, traffic improvements, or business results. Search engine algorithms are complex and constantly changing, and many factors outside of our control affect rankings. Our service provides you with a strategic tool, but the implementation and ultimate success depend on your overall marketing efforts.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SEO Now, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
